In 2010, Laurent Bailet and his daughter Marie Bailet Mahmouch launched their international real estate offices under the name of Vendôme International Property in Dubai (UAE) and Kuwait. These new offices allowed them to be closer to their clients from Middle East and provide them assistance at their doorstep.

Vendôme International Property is the only French office to be open in Gulf and specialized in properties located in France. Over the past years, Vendôme International Property expanded their business to Spain, Thailand and Morocco.
